Our Cancellation Policy

At Friends Dairy Jhang, we understand that sometimes an order may need to be cancelled. Customers are requested to contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should be made before the order has been prepared or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Fresh & Perishable Products

Because many of our products are fresh and perishable dairy items, cancellation requests for orders that have already been prepared or dispatched may not be accepted.
